Blueberry Wave / Sally Salon Services were recognised by the judging panel of leading industry experts for the development and implementation of a new Customer Welcome programme – a significant development that not only enhanced the customer experience but increased new customer sign ups by 16% and delivered a 23% uplift in customers making a second purchase – all whilst delivering an improvement in margin.
