About the Role:

We are looking for a bright, analytical and technically minded marketers to work with our clients, delivery outstanding levels of service in a constantly developing industry of data led marketing.

Delivering customer insight and multi-channel campaigns through advanced database technology and marketing automation platforms: we and our clients are results-driven, analytical and commercially focused.

You will be part of a team delivering excellent client service, managing, on a day-to-day basis, the work from brief to presentation to the client, implementing campaigns for optimum engagement, coordinating internally and externally with your clients and specialist suppliers.

Can you turn customer data into valuable insights? You need to be asking the right questions of your clients and pulling the resources of the company together to drive results for our clients.

Are you the right person for the job?

High levels of energy and resourcefulness with a fun and approachable personality who can build strong rapport with client and colleagues alike.

You’ll know one to one marketing and CRM, through direct marketing and digital experience. Coming from a data or integrated agency background, you’ve a keen eye for account development and an understanding of all things data.
A creative thinker who can transcribe CRM requirements into operational actions. Passion for designing and growing best in class solutions.

A proven track record of driving account growth, you think strategically, tactically and operationally. Effective written communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.

You’ll have experience in dealing with both analytical and technical resources, and have the ability to understand the components of them in omni-channel marketing. Strong analytical skills, able to analyse and draw conclusions from data and comfortable presenting to a client.

You’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating commitment to client satisfaction and the ability to work flexibly when needed, successfully managing multiple tasks under pressure.

You will be passionate about data driven marketing and have a desire to be at the cutting edge of omni-channel automation.

Ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively and a thirst for new learning and a drive to develop new approaches within the company.
