With a customer database of 1000’s of pet owners, World of Felix were keen to develop a CRM programme that rewarded its valuable customers, deepened the consumer-brand relationship and drove redemption rates.

The challenge

Pet food company, Nestlé Purina, wanted build a stronger relationship with its customers and better engagement through the use of CRM techniques and the World of Felix loyalty scheme.

Our approach

Blueberry Wave managed the World of Felix loyalty scheme, with ownership of the strategy and management of the scheme on a day-to-day basis. We used a SCV database for campaign analysis and to influence communications and scheme operations.

The results

Our complete overhaul of the scheme saw an increase in redemptions of 735% in the year to Jan 2011. Over three years the scheme will see over £7m of additional consumer spend.
