Sarah has been working in the database marketing industry for years. She has split her career between consultancy (overseeing the build and utilisation of marketing databases and loyalty schemes for clients including Boots, Eircom, British Home Stores, Vodafone and Thomas Cook) and working client side. Her most recent client side work was with WH Smith, heading up a team that fulfilled all of the retailer’s data analysis and reporting requirements.
