Veriteva to acquire Blueberry Wave in drive to build major multi-discipline communications group


Blueberry Wave, one of the UK’s leading marketing service providers, is being acquired by Veriteva, a business created by former Lateral Group founders Nick Dixon and Rick Taylor.

Lateral Group, was a £54m marketing services provider with 400 staff and was sold to DST Output in 2011.

Their new proposition, Veriteva, aims to build and grow an entrepreneurial group of best-in-class companies which combine seamlessly to provide effective and efficient communication strategies to maximise their clients’ return on investment.

With data and analytics at its core, the group will offer unrivalled expertise and systems to analyse, create and deploy business critical and marketing communications for clients, using a range of multi-channel disciplines for omni-channel deployment.

Cirencester based Blueberry Wave was established in 2000 by Pamela Bath and Steve Schneekloth to help brands deliver enhanced customer experiences through strategic CRM, driven by channel planning, data and analytics in a multi-channel environment.
