Having been in the industry for 30 years, I have seen the SCV drift out of fashion to be replaced by the new kids of digital, social and programmatic. But now it has come back with a vengeance.
I, for one, am delighted the SCV is back – let’s call it v2.0. It is data being used in its purest form – to drive intelligent communications. Data reflecting real life. A thing of beauty.
